1. Services
Artistiqo provides custom website design, web app development, branding, managed hosting, and ongoing care services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and prices are confirmed in writing per project.
2. Contact Forms
Submitting a form does not create a contract. We will follow up to confirm scope and pricing before any work begins.
3. Payments
Setup fees are due before launch unless otherwise agreed in writing. Hosting & Care plans are billed monthly and are required to keep your Artistiqo-built site live. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another vetted processor.
4. Hosting & Care
Hosting & Care includes managed hosting, SSL, monitoring, and reasonable minor updates. It does not include redesigns, new pages, or major new features unless covered by an active maintenance plan.
5. Maintenance
Maintenance plans include the number of small updates listed on the plan. Unused updates do not roll over. Larger changes are quoted separately.
6. Client-Provided Content
You're responsible for the accuracy and licensing of any text, images, video, or other content you provide. We're not liable for content you do not own the rights to.
7. No Guaranteed Search Rankings
We follow SEO best practices but we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic numbers, or business outcomes.
8. Changes to Services
We may update plans, pricing, and features over time. Existing clients are notified of material changes in advance.
9. Termination
You can cancel a Hosting & Care or maintenance plan at any time. Cancelling Hosting & Care means your Artistiqo-managed site will be taken offline at the end of the billing period unless we agree to migrate it.
